a design showcase at Costanoa Coastal Lodge & Camp
May 10 thru November 10, 2003.
Each designer showcased an innovative interior concept in ten of the campground's Canvas Cabin "tents." Themes included: Pop Tent, Gypsy Style, Vintage Camping Cabin and seven others. The show was hosted by Joie de Vivre Hospitality at Costanoa Coastal Lodge & Camp. Challenged to explore their own imaginations, each designer took a unique thematic approach to intermingling the characteristics of the beautiful rugged coastal site and radical design.
Theme: Vintage Camping Lounge
Details: Playful and fun, as if you were a kid camping without your parents Scrabble, cards and board games. A record player with good vinyl 45's to listen to, chosen by Tommy Guerrero. Lots of red plaid and homemade blankets Vintage curtains, Melmac plastic and Thermos brand items.
